By creating an account for a minor, the parent, guardian, or healthcare provider:

• Assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the Service

Use of the Service by minors without adult supervision and consent is strictly prohibited.

User Accounts

If the account belongs to a minor, the parent, legal guardian, or healthcare provider managing the account is fully responsible for all activities conducted through the account. Minors are not permitted to manage their accounts independently.

• Must maintain your professional licenses and credentials
